The plan for "The Stop" is to buy this warehouse location and convert it into a luxury car-themed restaurant.

1) The centerpiece of the restaurant will be a luxury car, as ad space for a dealership, spinning on a display platform, encased in protective glass and sleek velvet rope. Walls will be built in to separate the kitchen, bar, and restrooms from the seating area. Lastly, a half wall will be built to cleanly add some separation for the bar.
3) Additional venue space will be made available outside. There will be nice synthetic grass where there will be lawn games or extra seating can be set up. The outdoor awning will be continues over the grassy area. Another rock half-wall will be built between the parking lot and lawn. Also, the garage door in the back will be replaced with a glass garage door so that the lovely outdoor space and lighting can be seen from inside or be opened up on a nice day.

A new sidewalk will be put in leading to the front door, the trees and other plants will be trimmed, and a large LED sign of the restaurants logo will be hung up at the front of the building that's facing the main road.

Lighting will be strung along the awning so that the venue space can be used after dark. There is storage space to the right where the lawn games can be stored at night.
